By using Venu's website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Venu.

What Venu is

Venu is a comparison service. We show ticket listings from third-party sellers and link you to their sites. We are not a ticket seller, box office, reseller or event organizer.

Purchases

All purchases are made directly with the seller you choose and are governed by that seller's terms, including pricing, fees, delivery, cancellations and refunds. Any issue with an order must be taken up with that seller.

Prices and accuracy

Listings, prices, fees and seat information come from sellers and may change or be inaccurate. We try to keep them up to date but can't guarantee it. The seller's checkout price is final.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, copy or resell Venu's content or data.
• Don't interfere with the service or try to access it in unauthorized ways.
• Don't use Venu for anything illegal.

Disclaimers

Venu is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for losses from your use of Venu or from any purchase made with a third-party seller.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
